Terms and conditions
Our terms in plain language. You also get them on paper with every quote.
Quotes
A quote is valid for 30 days. The price in the quote is the price you pay, unless we agree otherwise together.
Extra work
If we find something during the job that wasn't in the quote, like a rotten floor joist under a leaking shower, we talk to you first. We never do extra work without your agreement.
Payment
You pay by card straight after the job, or within 14 days by invoice. For jobs over €2,500 we ask for a 30% deposit.
Guarantee
We guarantee our work for 12 months. Parts and appliances are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which for a new boiler is usually 7 to 10 years.
Liability
If something goes wrong because of our mistake, we'll put it right. Our liability is limited to the invoice amount, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
